I personally have had the pleasure of working with Jenna for the last 3years. I started first in group classes where her bubbly and enthusiastic nature left me wanting more! I then went on to 1-2-1 training where in our sessions she never failed in motivating me to achieve my very best. Her depth of knowledge is incredible, I mean she knows where hurts even before you do and makes every adjustment necessary to help you. But not only does she care for your physical well-being she also greatly cares for your mental well-being, regularly checking in and offering all the support she can. Jenna isn’t just your trainer, she is your coach, your biggest fan and your friend!
Kyle helped me gain confidence and understanding in the gym after being out of it for a long time. He knows a lot about exercise and nutrition and makes sure to pass that knowledge on so I can make the best decisions for myself. He’s always available to answer any questions I have and makes sure I’m comfortable with the nutrition/workout plans he sets. I would 100% recommend Kyle for anyone trying to improve themselves and learn to live a healthier lifestyle, whether you’re new to the gym or already have experience.
