My journey with Kyle started after breaking my ankle, my confidence was at an all-time low and I really didn’t like what I saw in the mirror. Kyle tailored a plan suitable to my needs and was able to adapt it as I progressed, lost weight and strengthened my ankle. He has been patient and has encouraged me throughout, giving sound advice and teaching proper techniques as well as offering advice on nutritional meals. He always greets you with a smile and makes the training sessions fun and enjoyable. He is always at hand when needed, responds to messages quickly and is really good at making you feel motivated. I would highly recommend Kyle.
I started PT’s with Kyle as I was recovering from an ED. I was very worried about increasing my calorie intake and worried as I am disabled so I didn’t know how well workouts would help. Not once did Kyle ever make me feel judge or like I was unable to do anything. He helped to adapt workouts to my ability and the results I got in such a small space of time were unbelievable. Alongside being professional Kyle is a lovely, friendly individual who is always good to have a good chat too! Highly recommend
I’ve been with Kyle for nearly 3 years. The attention to detail on the use of Gym equipment and the body posture for each exercise make for an effective workout. Kyle’s supportive discussions aid the PT session.
Since training with Kyle, he has taught me so much about different exercises and nutrition for my goals. I have gained so much confidence with my training since taking up PT sessions with him and he always explains in detail about each exercise and breaks it all down so I understand as I was hopeless when I first started.
