Rick has been my PT for the last 6-12 months, my weight always has fluctuations but Rick helps me to accommodate extra but still lose weight. Really enjoyed my session with Kane, he had great knowledge of all the machinery and took notes for me. He showed me how to use the weights I was not familiar with and made it a very enjoyable experience.
