I absolutely LOVE my yoga sessions with Emma. She is so professional and extremely knowledgeable not only in yoga but in the human body and understands the importance optimal health and fitness has on your lifestyle. This has been the only thing keeping my fitness amazing during lockdown via zoom and now being able to have sessions in person has been incredible! But her being able to offer the diversity of both has been life-changing for me! I've had lots of yoga teachers in the past and she's the best! I have had several sessions of Yoga with Emma now. She is amazing! She is very warm and friendly and makes you feel very comfortable. She has been the best teacher I have had by far and her weekly session is the thing I look forward to the most! She always tailors the session and builds the progression up each time. As an overweight mid 40s lady I really wanted some help with my nutrition, mobility and overall fitness, so I contacted Jenna roll forward a year, 2 stone in weight gone, never been fitter and more mobile, still love every session, Jenna works me hard but is always aware of any aches and pains and will always adapt a program to suit you and she’s a good laugh, you couldn’t ask for a better trainer.
Since training with Kyle, he has taught me so much about different exercises and nutrition for my goals. I have gained so much confidence with my training since taking up PT sessions with him and he always explains in detail about each exercise and breaks it all down so I understand as I was hopeless when I first started.
