Hi I’m Jenna,
I started personal training over 7 years ago after enjoying a long career working abroad as a singer / dancer.
I predominantly work with women who are looking to improve their overall fitness and wellbeing through heavy resistance training and a healthy / balanced diet.
As a female powerlifter I strive to make each of my clients leave the gym feeling strong, empowered and totally awesome.

I have been training with Jenna for a few months and have also done her online classes, and have nothing but praise for her! Jenna is an absolutely fantastic trainer. She takes the time to find out what you enjoy and what motivates you and creates personalised programs to help you achieve your goals; providing regular check-ins, motivation and a nudge in the right direction if you have a wobble. I was looking for someone who would help me build strength, let me lift heavy stuff (!) in the right way and lose some weight and that is exactly what she has provided. I now feel confident with my form and that I’m on track to achieve my lifting goals. She’s also completely lovely which is an added bonus! I highly recommend.
As an overweight mid 40s lady I really wanted some help with my nutrition, mobility and overall fitness, so I contacted Jenna roll forward a year, 2 stone in weight gone, never been fitter and more mobile, still love every session, Jenna works me hard but is always aware of any aches and pains and will always adapt a program to suit you and she’s a good laugh, you couldn’t ask for a better trainer.
I've trained with Jenna for several years now. You don't get a carbon copy training plan from Jenna; everything is tailored to you. I've got poor knees which Jenna has helped me to manage and improve on from day one and more recently, through lockdown and extended with periods, experienced shoulder and mobility issues which have seen Jenna provide specific advice and exercises. I've seen such improvements in both areas. Add to that my strength training has excelled and I've got PBs I would not have achieved alone. PT is worth not only the session guidance but the holistic approach Jenna takes to food, lifestyle and mental health, is excellent. I highly recommend.
I have trained with Jenna for several years, having never trained before. She has taught me to love working out and my weekly session with her is the best workout of my week. She approaches each session with a positive can-do attitude and through her guidance and tuition, I can do more, lift more and move more than I would ever believe possible. I personally have had the pleasure of working with Jenna for the last 3years. I started first in group classes where her bubbly and enthusiastic nature left me wanting more! I then went on to 1-2-1 training where in our sessions she never failed in motivating me to achieve my very best. Her depth of knowledge is incredible, I mean she knows where hurts even before you do and makes every adjustment necessary to help you. But not only does she care for your physical well-being she also greatly cares for your mental well-being, regularly checking in and offering all the support she can. Jenna isn’t just your trainer, she is your coach, your biggest fan and your friend!
