I have done a few sessions with Kaitlin to get more knowledge about the gym, creating a structured gym routine and gaining confidence in the gym; all goals which Kaitlin has helped me complete:) I feel so much more confident going to the gym now and I know the exercises I’m doing are effective and what exactly they are doing for my body. Kaitlin has provided support outside the gym including a meal plan/ideas and home workout routines which have both helped me reach my goals. Kaitlin is a super lovely and friendly pt which made the sessions much easier as she is someone who can motivate you during your workout but also have a chat during rests. Definitely recommend her to anyone that’s looking for a PT:)
Kaitlin is an amazing PT!!! I completed the 12-week plan with her, she explained everything to me and answered all my questions, she helped me both physically and mentally. Kaitlin showed me how to use all the equipment, I now feel comfortable going to the gym by myself. I would recommend Kaitlin to anyone! 💕
Honestly, Kaitlin is so supportive and motivates you to do the best you can, she's constantly encouraging you and helping you out even when you lack in doing something, if it wasn't for her I wouldn't feel as confident going to the gym.
