Find Out MoreAfter training for many years, I found I wasn't getting the desired results. I was progressing slowly and getting injuries on a regular basis. I've been guided correctly now by Rhys Ferguson. I'm now on my third six-week program. Since I've started, I have gained size, strength and lost body fat. And I don't get injuries like I used to. The injuries I accumulated from before the online training, Rhys guided me through techniques to help them heal faster. At 48 years of age, I can honestly say I'm the fittest and strongest I've ever been. Rhys gives me constant advice and tips throughout the training programs. Any queries on new exercises I've never done before, he guides the correct way to perform the exercise. And he also tweaks the program so I get the most out of each exercise. Since I've been coached, I'll never look back. I've gone through a complete transformation and I'm totally amazed by the results. I would highly recommend this way of training. Whatever your goals are, strength, body shape, losing weight or even recovery from injuries or operations, this is definitely the way to proceed. He will also guide you on your food intake, and help with the right dietary needs. Rhys is highly trained in all these areas. Now that I'm in much better shape, I have much more confidence in life.
I have been training with Rhys once a week for six months and have seen excellent results and progress in muscle building, general tone and fitness. Rhys is an outstanding PT and personalises the training to very specific detail and focuses on goals and achievement. Rhys has a high level of technical knowledge and explains each routine and the benefit to each muscle group. Rhys was also able to spot issues within the first couple of sessions with imbalances in squats and tailored exercises to address. I very much enjoy the sessions with Rhys and look forward to continually challenge and progress over the months ahead.
Rhys has been my coach now for 3 years and has helped me improve my body, my strength and also mentally and physically changed me for the better, he always encourages you even if you're having an off day, most importantly he's become a good friend.
Before working with Sam I hadn't had the best experience working with personal trainers in the past. I feel that he listened and personalised my sessions rather than just using copy and pasted routines for his clients. Sam went out of his way to sit down with me on several occasions in his own time and discuss diet and exercise tips to help me outside of the gym and to stay motivated. It was a really great experience working with Sam and I've recommended him to friends, family and colleagues.
I met Sally in my local PureGym in Telford. I was doing a spin class and there was this little gym instructor on her bike giving it tons of energy. If she asked for 140 rpm you gave it, as she was giving it exactly the same. I then thought to myself, if I needed a PT this is the very person.. she gives it 110% and I knew she would kick my fat ass. 2.5 stone later, Sally has not only done personal training for me, but she's also doing sessions for my fiancée. She has adapted throughout the whole of covid, with zoom sessions, offline sessions, but also helped to keep a great community together with group PT, zoom bingo and quizzes just to name a few. We have both also found a great friend with Sally 😊
