I have been training with Aaron for the past few months. I have an injury and have not been able to exercise for a long time. Aaron is helping me gain confidence and regain my fitness levels and muscle around my injury. We discuss nutrition as I have gained nearly 3 stone in weight since my accident. He motivates and his sessions are well structured and focused.

Sam taught me lots of different techniques like HIIT training and weight training to improve my fitness, strength, posture and mobility. Sam always changes up the sessions and keeps it fresh and exciting whilst making sure I'm comfortable performing each exercise with the correct form.
