Sally has been my PT since January 2019. After many years of exercising and really getting nowhere, I decided to get myself some help. From our 1st session, I knew I was being trained by the right person. Sally's knowledge and enthusiasm for what she does is infectious and her creativity has always meant things are never dull. Even with the difficult things that we have experienced with the pandemic and multiple lockdowns I have never felt my training and progress has been affected. I now see my PT sessions as an investment in me, the changes that I have been able to make to not only to the way I look, but also to my confidence and mindset through what I have learnt from Sally has amazed me and I can't thank Sally enough.

After training with Charlie for around a year I have managed to drop over 10kg in body weight. Over the same time, my back squat has gone from 120kg to 150kg while all of my other lifts have seen similar increases! Charlie is really responsive and replies quickly to any questions.
