With my background as a former PE and Dance Teacher and a fitness instructor, I know how to make exercise enjoyable and engaging! I fully comprehend the barriers that some face when it comes to getting active, and have worked very hard to gain a deeper understanding of mental health and its impact on motivation and self-belief. Whether you're a consistent gym goer looking to level up your training with some further guidance, or you'd like to have that little bit more confidence in the gym, I am here for you. I am passionate about educating each and every client in the way that they can one day, move on without me with all they need to continue training in confidence. My specialisms lie within weight loss and fitness improvement, as well as coaching other areas such as understanding nutrition, how to build muscle and much more that can contribute to your progress and goals.

I’ve been training with Sally for over a year now and have loved every minute of it. Even with the challenges of lockdowns and being out of the gym I have still been able to make progress as Sally adapted sessions to be online. She makes every session different and enjoyable and we always have a good laugh. She really understands the barriers to exercise and being healthy that people face and puts mental health first. Sally also encourages you to have balance in life so you can still eat doughnuts and drink gin! She’s really supportive outside of the gym as well and gives you the tools that you need to succeed and is always on hand to ask for advice when needed. When I started looking into personal training I was really particular about what I wanted and needed from that person. I needed someone who could not only train me, help me lose weight and get fit but someone who could understand my challenges with food. I chose Sally because I instantly felt a connection with her and felt like she would be really invested in my journey. What I found was a PT who I respect and look up to so much. She is my biggest supporter and even when I feel like I’m failing she cheers me on. She also has that right balance of pushing me in the right direction but also giving me the brutal honesty I sometimes need. Sally has spent a lot of her personal time changing my training to account for injuries, looking at my relationship with food and adapting what we do to work for me. I met Sally in my local PureGym in Telford. I was doing a spin class and there was this little gym instructor on her bike giving it tons of energy. If she asked for 140 rpm you gave it, as she was giving it exactly the same. I then thought to myself, if I needed a PT this is the very person.. she gives it 110% and I knew she would kick my fat ass. 2.5 stone later, Sally has not only done personal training for me, but she's also doing sessions for my fiancée. She has adapted throughout the whole of covid, with zoom sessions, offline sessions, but also helped to keep a great community together with group PT, zoom bingo and quizzes just to name a few. We have both also found a great friend with Sally 😊
Sally has been my PT since January 2019. After many years of exercising and really getting nowhere, I decided to get myself some help. From our 1st session, I knew I was being trained by the right person. Sally's knowledge and enthusiasm for what she does is infectious and her creativity has always meant things are never dull. Even with the difficult things that we have experienced with the pandemic and multiple lockdowns I have never felt my training and progress has been affected. I now see my PT sessions as an investment in me, the changes that I have been able to make to not only to the way I look, but also to my confidence and mindset through what I have learnt from Sally has amazed me and I can't thank Sally enough.
When I joined the gym last year, just before the pandemic, I was insecure and overweight. I didn't have a clue how to use anything etc. The pandemic crossed all my plans, so took me around 8 months to start again with my diet/healthy eating. Then I saw Sally and started searching for what she can offer, how she can help. Finally, in March we started worked together in an online capacity. Since the first appointment, I absolutely loved her. Her personality caught me straight! She is always smiling, cheering, and ready to chat and help. Always there, when you need. Being an online client, it took me to the next level of my fitness journey, using a coaching app and our weekly communication. Wouldn't you believe I lost 2 stones and I am in the best shape for 13 years!? I look so much better, feel better, and it’s boosted my confidence.
