I joined the gym with little confidence and no idea of what I was doing when it came to exercise and fitness. Sam taught me lots of different techniques like HIIT training and weight training to improve my fitness, strength, posture and mobility. Sam always changes up the sessions and keeps it fresh and exciting whilst making sure I'm comfortable performing each exercise with the correct form. If you're looking for a trainer who is knowledgeable and listens to clients needs and goals then look no further!
I honestly can not recommend Sam enough. Not only has Sam helped me with my strength training he has helped me massively with my confidence. After struggling with nutrition and fitness for most of my life Sam has helped me gain the knowledge and push me to lose almost 3 stone in a matter of months.

As someone who has previously focused solely on cardio, weight training is still very new to me. As a beginner, I was very reluctant to try new exercises and step outside of my comfort zone. However, after discussing my personal fitness goals with Sam and training alongside him, we have found routines that work for me and personalised every session to meet my needs and goals. Sam has made adjustments where necessary to cater to a previous knee injury and checked with me to ensure I am comfortable with the training sessions every step of the way. He is welcoming, attentive, experienced, extremely talented and dedicated to his profession. As a result, I have seen an instant boost in my confidence, strength and motivation. I started training with Sam a while back to help me gain back my self-confidence. I would definitely recommend Sam for anybody who's thinking about getting a personal trainer who will listen, take notes and research. I suffer from a few minor sports injuries (shoulders and lower back) from my earlier years and Sam has taken his time with me and even shown me some stretches and exercises that have massively helped my rehabilitation. I would thoroughly recommend Sam to anybody.
Before working with Sam I hadn't had the best experience working with personal trainers in the past. I feel that he listened and personalised my sessions rather than just using copy and pasted routines for his clients. Sam went out of his way to sit down with me on several occasions in his own time and discuss diet and exercise tips to help me outside of the gym and to stay motivated. It was a really great experience working with Sam and I've recommended him to friends, family and colleagues.
