Kaitlin is a fab pt!! I have done 6 weeks worth of workouts with her and she really helped me get out of my comfort zone!! I started seeing a difference in myself and felt so much more confident in myself!! She is so down to earth and always pushes you to go that extra step!! I would defo recommend Kaitlin!!
I would highly recommend Kaitlin as a personal trainer. I’ve come so far since working with Kaitlin and our sessions really helped build my confidence with what equipment to use/how to use it properly so I’m getting the most out of my workouts. I have done a few sessions with Kaitlin to get more knowledge about the gym, creating a structured gym routine and gaining confidence in the gym; all goals which Kaitlin has helped me complete:) I feel so much more confident going to the gym now and I know the exercises I’m doing are effective and what exactly they are doing for my body. Kaitlin has provided support outside the gym including a meal plan/ideas and home workout routines which have both helped me reach my goals. Kaitlin is a super lovely and friendly pt which made the sessions much easier as she is someone who can motivate you during your workout but also have a chat during rests. Definitely recommend her to anyone that’s looking for a PT:)
Kaitlin is an amazing PT!!! I completed the 12-week plan with her, she explained everything to me and answered all my questions, she helped me both physically and mentally. Kaitlin showed me how to use all the equipment, I now feel comfortable going to the gym by myself. I would recommend Kaitlin to anyone! 💕
Honestly, Kaitlin is so supportive and motivates you to do the best you can, she's constantly encouraging you and helping you out even when you lack in doing something, if it wasn't for her I wouldn't feel as confident going to the gym.
I trained with Kaitlin alone and with a friend both times I had so much fun and seen amazing results! The workouts plans provided are so packed with information and different options for me to try. She’s very involved in all her clients lives always messaging to check up and see if I’m doing okay. I can’t recommend her enough I would never go anywhere else and I honestly don’t have a single complaint!!
