I’ve trained down at the pt for 2 + years. It’s the only place I felt comfortable walking in on my own. No judgment by anyone. And meet with friendly faces. Everyone is in the same boat and it’s the most friendly gym I’ve ever been to. All the trainers are approachable and will help in any way they can. I’ve done every type of training at the PT studio from group pt, classes and during the lockdown did it all online. The diets are easy to follow and there is something to suit everyone. They really do cover everything. I Would highly recommend this gym to anyone ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I have always struggled to lose weight and get fit since having a baby for years. I started training with ste and in a matter of months my health and fitness improved 110% I have lost weight and my mental wellbeing has improved. He is there if I need help and advice and I have found him to be the best PT trainer I have ever had. Being at PT is like home from home.
I trained with Kaitlin alone and with a friend both times I had so much fun and seen amazing results! The workouts plans provided are so packed with information and different options for me to try. She’s very involved in all her clients lives always messaging to check up and see if I’m doing okay. I can’t recommend her enough I would never go anywhere else and I honestly don’t have a single complaint!!
I've trained with Jenna for several years now. You don't get a carbon copy training plan from Jenna; everything is tailored to you. I've got poor knees which Jenna has helped me to manage and improve on from day one and more recently, through lockdown and extended with periods, experienced shoulder and mobility issues which have seen Jenna provide specific advice and exercises. I've seen such improvements in both areas. Add to that my strength training has excelled and I've got PBs I would not have achieved alone. PT is worth not only the session guidance but the holistic approach Jenna takes to food, lifestyle and mental health, is excellent. I highly recommend.
