I was very nervous about what exercises I could do at the beginning but Danny’s extensive knowledge could not have made me feel more comfortable. He knew my limits better than myself! Kane is a fantastic trainer. After my first session, I realised how supportive he is and I genuinely enjoy his classes. I had a session with Kane today at Pump Gym. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Kane is a great personal trainer. Adaptable and consistent training plans. Always pushes you to perform at your best and at a level you feel comfortable with. He is always happy to answer questions and follows up with you to ensure you are getting what you need from his sessions. He also gets in touch before sessions to get a feel for what you want to work on. All-round fantastic gym experience.
