Find Out MoreFirst session with Kane today was wonderful, he was great fun to talk to, and made me feel at ease right away. We went through a couple of exercises tailored to my personal goal. He explained how the machines worked superbly and gave demonstrations too, ensuring that I kept good form and posture. He added what he had shown me to a list, which he sent to me, detailing what we had done (including the machine, weights used and reps). At the end of the session, during the cooldown, he went through nutrient measurements (such as Calories, Fat and Protein) and the amount I should have daily, based on my body weight and goal, even recommending apps to help me stick with it. Kane was very clearly skilled and knowledgeable and was great at motivating me, telling me I was doing well throughout and explaining why I may be struggling at points, even mentioning that he had a similar experience with the machines. Kane has definitely boosted my confidence and given me a wide range of workouts to focus on. I couldn't ask for anything more, he was exceptional.
I’ve never been to the gym that much and didn’t know what to do that well. Kane identified what I want to get out of my training and walked me through the different exercises and workouts I should be doing. Now I can walk into the gym and know what to do straight away instead of walking around looking at different machines. Kane also showed me how to do each exercise properly to improve my form 👍🏻 Definitely recommend him.
So when I started with Matt I had 0 confidence. I had no idea how to lose weight effectively and more importantly how to keep being consistent. Matt was so understanding of my needs and set me short term goals each week which made losing weight so much easier! It felt as though I wasn’t even on a diet, it just became natural. I don't even know where to begin, which aspect of Matt’s programme should I single out. I can't because his plan wholeheartedly works as a whole! Finally, after years of trying to conveniently find a miracle diet, training on and off in the gym with no direction whatsoever, I realised I need some expert guidance, and I can honestly say I couldn't have chosen better. I was given a perfect exercise and nutrition plan. Matt is always on hand to answer any questions, no matter how stupid I thought they were. He really listens and his enthusiasm is extremely infectious. Matt is extremely knowledgeable in his field. I always feel that I know what to do in each session and am confident in quick support if I was unsure. It gives me the feeling that I can make really efficient use of my exercise time. Hiring Matt as a trainer was the best decision I made during the lockdown. So if you're ready to put in the work, Matt will be an excellent trainer to guide you on your way.
