Hi, I'm Matt and I am a Personal Trainer and fully qualified Sports Therapist. From a young age, I have always had a keen interest in sports and fitness, playing football and cricket and training in the gym.
Throughout my years of sport and training, I have had a fair few injuries, some knocks and bumps but also some more serious injuries and found I had very little help. This lead me to do my degree in Sports Therapy; to allow me to help other people who are suffering from injury and help them get back to full fitness post-injury.
Once I had graduated, I wanted to further my knowledge in the area of sports and fitness, This lead me to do my Personal Trainer qualification - combining this with the knowledge from my degree is enabling me to help people on a larger scale.
I want to help anyone and everyone, whether you want to get fit or you are recovering from an injury, I'll be with you every step of the way to get you back to your best!

So when I started with Matt I had 0 confidence. I had no idea how to lose weight effectively and more importantly how to keep being consistent. I don't even know where to begin, which aspect of Matt’s programme should I single out. I can't because his plan wholeheartedly works as a whole! Finally, after years of trying to conveniently find a miracle diet, training on and off in the gym with no direction whatsoever, I realised I need some expert guidance, and I can honestly say I couldn't have chosen better. I was given a perfect exercise and nutrition plan. Matt is always on hand to answer any questions, no matter how stupid I thought they were. He really listens and his enthusiasm is extremely infectious. Matt is extremely knowledgeable in his field. I always feel that I know what to do in each session and am confident in quick support if I was unsure. It gives me the feeling that I can make really efficient use of my exercise time. I’ve been working with Matt for about 2 years now, and I would never go anywhere else. Not only did he help me to reach my goal weight, and maintain it too, he has even been helping me to get fitter and more powerful for football. As well as this, he also helped me with my rehabilitation back to football following my injury.
