I have been a personal trainer here at pump gyms hatfield for nearly 3 years where I have worked with every type of person imaginable.
My promise to you is that I will not ask you to do something that I am not willing to do myself.
In the last year I have completed my level 4 , a 6 month mentorship with continued private mentoring aswell as continuing to work towards my own photo shoot prep and I have so far managed to lose over 25kg.

Kane is a fantastic trainer. After my first session, I realised how supportive he is and I genuinely enjoy his classes. I’m going back to training after two years break and he quickly understood my needs and make my workouts interesting and challenging. I can start seeing improvements and progress I’m making. I had a session with Kane today at Pump Gym. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He sought out my goals and help me safely and properly use the equipment to reach them, whilst keeping it lighthearted and keeping me motivated! Kane is a great personal trainer. Adaptable and consistent training plans. Always pushes you to perform at your best and at a level you feel comfortable with. He is always happy to answer questions and follows up with you to ensure you are getting what you need from his sessions. He also gets in touch before sessions to get a feel for what you want to work on. All-round fantastic gym experience.
I was absolutely terrified of having a PT session when I met Kane; I was crying and trying to come up with excuses to leave (luckily for me I didn’t think of one in time!). Kane calmly talked me through what we would be doing and explained why we would be doing each exercise. We also discussed my overall goals and what gains I could reasonably expect based on the time I’ll be putting in. Kane was so amazing and now I can’t wait for my next session!!
Very good trainer. I told him what I wanted to achieve and he wrote me down detailed exercises on what I needed to do to achieve my goals. He also demonstrated and coached me through all the most efficient exercises I needed to get the results I wanted. Showing me things like good form and technique. Overall I highly recommend. Great coach with a clear passion for what he does. Can't go wrong.
The session we had was very useful as an introduction to the gym. It was my first week and Kane helped me understand all the machinery, he took notes during the session on what equipment we'd used and how heavy we'd gone and for how many reps. Any machines I didn't understand he was more than happy to demonstrate. I am now excited to continue coming to the gym and feel alone for confident. Would absolutely recommend it to anyone, whether you're new or experienced there's something to get from this session.
Really enjoyed my session with Kane, he had great knowledge of all the machinery and took notes for me. He showed me how to use the weights I was not familiar with and made it a very enjoyable experience.
Kane was great in introducing me to different machines with good knowledge of how to use each one and the best techniques. He also recorded the weights I was comfortable with and sent them to me so I know where to start from. I’m a complete beginner but Kane has made me feel at ease and comfortable with going to the gym. Really recommend !!!!
Being new to being in a gym can be intimidating especially if you don’t know what you’re doing, Kane talked me through different machines to focus on for my goal of strengthening and toning. If you are committed to making a change in your life I am confident Kane can help guide you.
Kane is a brilliant PT, he knows his stuff. Has taught me a different way of exercising as gyms aren’t open at the moment. He keeps in touch regularly to make sure you still keeping up with the exercises he gives you to do and is always early for each session.
Kane is a great PT, explained everything and talked me through how to use different machines and how each exercise was helping me. He sent me over a review of what we did and gave me his number to sort future sessions. Would definitely recommend!

My friend and I both had our first paired PT session today with Kane and already we feel so much more confident in the gym! Kane is someone who is very passionate about what he does and this was definitely shown during my first session with him. He is great at explaining how to perfect each exercise and why it is done in a certain way. I felt at ease throughout the whole thing and I learnt how to structure different exercises in my workout to get better results. I also feel as though I have more knowledge of how to do certain exercises without rushing through them. After the session, I was very pleased with what I accomplished because Kane made me realize that I could do a lot more than I thought I could originally. I would definitely recommend Kane to anyone who wants that extra push to reach their goals.
I've had my first PT session with Kane and he is a great trainer. I've always been scared of using a PT but I was comfortable with Kane and his method of training. He easily adapts the workout to your ability and also targets! Can't wait for my next session.
I had a personal training session with Kane today, being a novice in a gym he was professional and put me at ease. He wrote me a program and showed me each piece of equipment and what muscle group would be worked. He then got made sure I knew how to use the equipment properly. Thanks Kane 5 star.

Had my first joint session with my friend today! Kane was extremely friendly and showed us how to use the equipment effectively and safely in the gym and was able to adjust for us both accordingly! We look forward to some more sessions together!

I have had one session with Kane and said I wanted to focus on learning upper body exercises using different bits of equipment, he showed me a huge range of exercises and had the knowledge behind it. I would definitely recommend him.

Kane went above and beyond to help me know my way around weight machines in the gym; I was very self-conscious about delving into that part even though I have wanted to try out weights for a very long time. He is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly too, which was great as I was quite anxious about the session, but as soon as he arrived and we got started my anxieties went away! He made sure I know how to use the equipment properly and helped adapt things for me given my weak hip. Once we were done, he sent me over what we had done so I can refer back to it for future references. The session with Kane gave me a lot more confidence in myself, made me feel very motivated and made me feel like I can achieve my goals!
As an experienced lifter, it can often be hard to find a trainer that can bring novelty and value to sessions. Kane showed me techniques and cues that will add tremendous benefit to my workouts and ensure I get the best results out of the work I put in. Despite his age, it is clear Kane has acquired a vast amount of knowledge and has a great understanding of anatomy and movement and he will tailor his coaching in order to ensure it is suitable for any individual.

First session with Kane today was wonderful, he was great fun to talk to, and made me feel at ease right away. We went through a couple of exercises tailored to my personal goal. He explained how the machines worked superbly and gave demonstrations too, ensuring that I kept good form and posture. He added what he had shown me to a list, which he sent to me, detailing what we had done (including the machine, weights used and reps). At the end of the session, during the cooldown, he went through nutrient measurements (such as Calories, Fat and Protein) and the amount I should have daily, based on my body weight and goal, even recommending apps to help me stick with it. Kane was very clearly skilled and knowledgeable and was great at motivating me, telling me I was doing well throughout and explaining why I may be struggling at points, even mentioning that he had a similar experience with the machines. Kane has definitely boosted my confidence and given me a wide range of workouts to focus on. I couldn't ask for anything more, he was exceptional.
I’ve never been to the gym that much and didn’t know what to do that well. Kane identified what I want to get out of my training and walked me through the different exercises and workouts I should be doing. Now I can walk into the gym and know what to do straight away instead of walking around looking at different machines. Kane also showed me how to do each exercise properly to improve my form 👍🏻 Definitely recommend him.
