I’ve been training with Danny for over 12 years and he is brilliant. Over time my needs have changed and Danny has always adapted my training sessions to suit my needs. Danny takes a holistic view of the person he is training and supports us not only with a tailored personal training plan but also coaches us on our eating habits, reducing stress, having a positive mindset and looking after our health and well being by putting ourselves first. Danny knows what exercises I like and don’t like so he chooses all over body workouts that I enjoy as well as working on the right areas. Danny challenges me and ensures that he pushes me to reach my limits whilst encouraging me to do so. I might always ache slightly the day after a workout but I have to admit I leave every session with a big smile on my face!
Danny has been my PT for a couple of years now and I find it hard to believe what I can now achieve from when I first started. Over 2 1/2stone lighter, considerably more toned and stronger. Danny brings the best out of his clients, just don’t say the word ‘Can’t ‘
Danny is an amazing PT. His knowledge has no bounds, no two sessions are ever the same and he never stops listening to your goals whilst making sure you hit them! He keeps you motivated every session and I’m always looking forward to the next one!
