I have been a fully qualified personal trainer for over 6 years with lots of experience in face to face training and online coaching. I specialise in weight loss, general fitness and muscle toning with a great deal of nutrition advice.
I am flexible in times and days of sessions and also available for individual and group sessions.
We can train in your own garden or local park and all equipment is provided by myself.
