Over the past year and a half I have discovered a whole new love for my health and fitness; it helped me to be a more confident and happier person.
I have always really loved my food and have never been the fussy type. Food is such an important factor of everyone’s life; I well and truly believe that “𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗲𝗮𝘁”.
My health and fitness journey has allowed me to understand the importance of nutrition & exercise and has taught me that by slightly bettering those areas you can create yourself a whole new outlook of life; which will help to benefit your lifestyle.
Having been on such an incredible journey myself, I felt as though it was now my time to give back. By this, I now want to also share my love and passion of nutrition & fitness on to the rest of the universe and that is why I want to be a Personal Training.

I came to Jess wanting to lose weight, become more confident with my eating habits and in the gym. I chose the 12 week PT programme as I felt that was best suited for what I wanted to achieve, and all I can say is I am so glad I did. I have lost a stone in 12 weeks and can only thank Jess for being the kindest, motivating and informative PT. She has truly changed my life and I am so glad that I chose Jess out of everyone.
I had the pleasure of having Jess as my PT for 20 sessions. Jess helped myself and my friend on 2 on 1 sessions to become more confident in working out in the gym on our own. She showed us workouts as we asked and provided these to us after. We had sessions once a week for 8 weeks and my knowledge has now become so much better and I feel a lot more confident! Not to mention she is a great trainer and has great workouts planned for each individual! Xx

I signed up with Jess for 10 sessions, I found some sessions more challenging than others but she was always there for support and encouragement to ‘power through! I feel stronger and more confident when exercising! Following my pt sessions with Jess, I have new knowledge and couldn’t recommend her enough if you're wanting to start your journey!
