Having been very sedentary for the last few years and now being in my mid 50s I kept trying to get fit, joined gyms, did fitness videos at home, went to classes etc but each time I managed to hurt myself and would give up, I'd also be embarrassed at how unfit I'd let myself get. Then someone at work recommended Jenna and four months later I'm still going strong, in fact I'm getting stronger and stronger without suffering any injuries. I had a weak shoulder which I've been having physio for and Jenna modified my routine to ensure it helped recovery rather than caused any more issues. The main thing is she keeps me motivated and never once made me feel like I was beyond hope. Week on week I'm seeing changes in my physical strength, no longer am I holding onto furniture to get up and I'm moving from one exercise to the other without having to huff and puff. Whilst Jenna works with a lot of exceptionally strong and fit clients I can tell she actually enjoys taking on someone as unfit as me and is genuinely proud of the progress she can see I'm making. For the first time in many many years I actually look forward to working out.

Rich is a brilliant coach and I would highly recommend - skilled and knowledgeable, he pushes you to perform at your best every session. I have been having 1-2-1 sessions with him every week doing boxing pad work and progressing through sport specific strength and conditioning exercises. This is great as it enhances both my theory and practical knowledge while performing S&C moves that I would not have attempted before; even complex Olympic lifts that I thought were out of reach have become part of regular training.
