I specialise in Strength & Conditioning where I use scientific methods with both athletes and general population clients to help get the desired results as efficiently as possible.
I also use my experience in boxing and kickboxing to develop fitness through technical drills and padwork.
I offer both 1-1 and small group training to suit different goals and budgets.
I have over a decades experience and have established yself as one of the best personal trainers in Redditch and the surounding area.
All sessions are delivered from a private Strength and Conditioning Facility which I co-own, Athena Performance in Redditch.
