I’ve only been on Megan’s program for a few weeks and it’s been amazing!! The app shows your nutrition goals which are easy to track and the workouts planned have a video demonstrating each exercise. Megan is super supportive and motivating, could not ask for a better trainer.
I started with Lindsay when she was doing her bootcamp. I instantly knew her classes were for me. Her drive & passion lead me to love exercise. I carried on with these classes virtually throughout the Pandemic & during pregnancy. A few years ago, I took the plunge with personal training to give me that extra push & carrying extra weight needed more accountability with my nutrition. I had face to face PT sessions which gave me confidence lifting heavy in the gym and made me believe in myself. With Lindsay’s support over the years, I dropped around 20kg’s in weight & really couldn’t have done it without her. She is skilled & knowledgable & was there every step of the way throughout my journey. Before family life started I’d always enjoyed keeping fit and used to love going to as many gym classes as I could fit in, this is where I first met Lindsay and I loved her classes/boot camps as she always motivated you to push yourself that one step further. In 2020 I decided I wanted to make some real changes to my body so I reconnected with Lindsay and its been the best decision I ever made. She listens to exactly what it is you want and not what she thinks you want, she sets realistic goals, able to work around family/work/socials. My goal was to build up muscle and she gave me the confidence to walk into the gym and push my body to the point she knew was possible. I actually enjoy my weekly checkins and the feedback I receive is always informative, Lindsay will listen to any concerns I have whether its with nutrition or my form and is always there to tweak where necessary.
