Hi, my name is Lindsay. I offer 1:1 Personal Training & Online Coaching (Lifestyle / Photo Shoot Prep / Competition Prep).
I am and have always been passionate about health and fitness. My background, however, was actually in Mortgages and Finance. In 2011 I decided on a career change, I wanted to pursue my love for fitness. I re-trained as a Fitness Instructor, teaching my own Bootcamps, Insanity & Les Mills Programmes to name a few. This lead me to Weight Training, Personal Training and Competitive Bodybuilding. I haven't looked back!
I specialise as a body composition coach, helping busy men and women, lose weight, build strength and confidence - Without giving up their social lives.
My aim is to provide you with the support and tools you need to improve your health, confidence and wellbeing without having to resort to hours in the gym and yo-yo fad, super restrictive diets. We find the best solution for you. I believe that training and nutrition should be enjoyable and specific to the individual.
I am a busy working mum of two, so I understand the importance of family and how hectic life can get. Quite often this leads to YOU coming last. Maybe you don't have a family, but your job takes over your life? I understand. I've been in both situations. I can work with you to gain back some "ME" time and guide you to reach your goals and ultimately a happier life.
I am an experienced Natural Figure Athlete and I also coach females who are wanting to do a Photo Shoot Prep or a Bodybuilding Contest Prep.

I started with Lindsay when she was doing her bootcamp. I instantly knew her classes were for me. Her drive & passion lead me to love exercise. I carried on with these classes virtually throughout the Pandemic & during pregnancy. A few years ago, I took the plunge with personal training to give me that extra push & carrying extra weight needed more accountability with my nutrition. I had face to face PT sessions which gave me confidence lifting heavy in the gym and made me believe in myself. With Lindsay’s support over the years, I dropped around 20kg’s in weight & really couldn’t have done it without her. She is skilled & knowledgable & was there every step of the way throughout my journey. I would highly recommend Lindsay if you are looking to get fit, lose weight or become more toned as she worked with me to achieve all these goals ✨
Before family life started I’d always enjoyed keeping fit and used to love going to as many gym classes as I could fit in, this is where I first met Lindsay and I loved her classes/boot camps as she always motivated you to push yourself that one step further. In 2020 I decided I wanted to make some real changes to my body so I reconnected with Lindsay and its been the best decision I ever made. She listens to exactly what it is you want and not what she thinks you want, she sets realistic goals, able to work around family/work/socials. My goal was to build up muscle and she gave me the confidence to walk into the gym and push my body to the point she knew was possible. I actually enjoy my weekly checkins and the feedback I receive is always informative, Lindsay will listen to any concerns I have whether its with nutrition or my form and is always there to tweak where necessary. I highly recommend Lindsay.
In September 2018 at the age of 43 I made the decision to look for a personal trainer as I wanted to tone up and lose weight. I was terrified of what weight training meant and if I could even do it! Lindsay has been exceptional in helping me to achieve my goals and in giving me confidence in myself. From the outset she asked me what I wanted to achieve and talked me through the equipment and set up a training plan that I could follow. I also signed up for her nutrition and lost weight even increasing my carb intake after omitting them through following fad diets for years!
Lindsay has been amazing and I can’t recommend her enough! She encourages you to work harder and always listens to any concerns I have. I now have the confidence to walk in the gym by myself and set up the equipment! My only regret is that I didn’t sign up with her years ago!
I originally started with Lindsay following a marathon, I had constantly done cardio and was keen to get into weights and toning up! I initially intended having Lindsey as a coach short term and something to hold me accountable, that soon turned into a several years training and then eventually doing my own photoshoot!
Lindsey is extremely knowledgable both in nutirition and in the gym! I initially thought 1200 calories was achievable with the occasion binge on the weekend but that's where I was going wrong! I remember thinking wow I've never actually had this amount of food in a week day! We both grew together I was getting leaner and more defined through Lindsey's great coaching and then i was seeing her prepping for competitions and the after math in competitions which just absaloutely fascinated me and motivated me forward.
We then made the decision to book in a photoshoot, me + photoshoot = WOW. Never in my life would I have ever been confident enough to put myself in front of a camera showing all my hard work, but it was all down to Lindsey! She was amazing support before, during and after I honestly felt amazing from it.
Whether your goal is short term, long term or just even motivating yourself with bit of exercise, I couldn't recommend Lindsey enough. 💖
About ten years ago I first started attending Lindsay’s body pump and body combat classes and she was by far the best instructor I’d had. She would motivate the whole class and we’d all come out feeling so good!
After having children I decided to get back in touch with Lindsay as my friend was going to her and she looked in great shape.
Lindsay has given me the confidence to go in to a gym and lift weights, something I was clueless about and I’m so thankful to her for giving me so much knowledge on nutrition, form and balance.
