Lana has been absolutely outstanding throughout my whole 6 week program, she has designed a specific programme to suit my eating habits, to put me in a calorie deficit in order to gain wait to turn into muscle mass. Lana is also constantly checking in on her client with me I found that unlike other PTs that I was singled and all the focus was on me, allowing me to elevate myself in order to get to my goal, this has allowed me to push through to the next level in playing football and compete with the men that I am not up against.
I absolutely love my PT sessions with Lana twice a week. They are catered to my needs as I’m training for a marathon and are really fun and enjoyable. I look forward to my PT sessions and actually find myself missing them when I’m having a rest week!
