I’ve been training with Sally for over a year now and have loved every minute of it. Even with the challenges of lockdowns and being out of the gym I have still been able to make progress as Sally adapted sessions to be online. She makes every session different and enjoyable and we always have a good laugh. She really understands the barriers to exercise and being healthy that people face and puts mental health first. Sally also encourages you to have balance in life so you can still eat doughnuts and drink gin! She’s really supportive outside of the gym as well and gives you the tools that you need to succeed and is always on hand to ask for advice when needed. I’d 100% recommend Sally to anyone who is looking for a pt or just some advice.
When I started looking into personal training I was really particular about what I wanted and needed from that person. I needed someone who could not only train me, help me lose weight and get fit but someone who could understand my challenges with food. I chose Sally because I instantly felt a connection with her and felt like she would be really invested in my journey. What I found was a PT who I respect and look up to so much. She is my biggest supporter and even when I feel like I’m failing she cheers me on. She also has that right balance of pushing me in the right direction but also giving me the brutal honesty I sometimes need. Sally has spent a lot of her personal time changing my training to account for injuries, looking at my relationship with food and adapting what we do to work for me. I still have a long way to go but am feeling the most positive I ever have about this journey. Thank you Sally!
I have been working with Ross for about 8 weeks. My stability and balance were poor and Ross has been helping me with exercises specifically designed to strengthen my core and improve my stability and balance. I have noticed a marked improvement in my balance - I can now stand on one leg without falling over! Ross knows his stuff and is a very pleasant person to train with.
Started with Ross as my personal trainer for just about 2 months ago really enjoy my sessions plus lose weight as well as toned up with strengh great motivation gives you confidence to achieve your goals which a am really good to get on with and patients to explain things clearer honesty would recommend Ross
