Started training regularly with Tegan pre this lockdown. She immediately put me at ease as I find exercise and gyms quite daunting. Her workouts are fun and differ from week to week which makes training so much easier. I have a few issues which she has addressed even through lockdown and as a result I am happier healthier and fitter. Can’t recommend her enough.
Anthony has been working with me for 6 weeks now and has kept me motivated , I am seeing fantastic results already. All of my workout and nutrition plans are tailored by Anthony to suit my goals. Anthony is professional , patient & friendly and is always on hand to provide advice and support. During our 1:1 catch ups Anthony takes the time to thoroughly answer any questions I may have and provides fantastic knowledge. I really enjoy the 1:1 PT sessions , I am kept motivated which encourages me to push myself to do more. The workouts are varied and each exercise Anthony will explain in depth the benefits of them and which muscle groups they will be working. I would 100% recommend Anthony for personal training.
I am the last person you would think to seek out a PT since I have a very high BMI, many health issues and a fear of exercise but I am so grateful to have met Anthony. Anthony is not only great at the exercise part he is super committed to making sure I don't give up on the days my anxiety gets the better of me, whilst making sure that any encouragement he gives me is just enough to push me but not to overwhelm me. I've just finished a session and I can't believe the difference in what I can manage compared to when I first started. Anthony has designed my workouts based on my physical, medical and emotional needs and despite my huge issue with exercise I now look forward to my sessions and I feel amazing when I come out of a session, feeling like I smashed it. I am only at the start of my exercise journey but I would fully encourage anyone who hasn't exercised for a long time or who may have some fear around exercise to book with Anthony. Nick was recommended to me when I was looking for an online coach to take a look at my ideas for training for my first marathon. After the initial phone call with Nick, I decided that he was the right person to help me. \r\nNick is really friendly and easy to talk to, he listens to any concerns I have and takes into account my individual needs. The programmes Nick puts together for me perfectly fits my capabilities but also pushes me just beyond them. I can feel the benefit of the strength training in my running already and after only 7 weeks I feel much stronger generally. Nick has also given me lots of nutrition guidance and support with recipe packs and information for how to tailor my food to help with my running. \r\nI\'m a bit of a lone wolf with my running, haven\'t been to a gym in 20 years and have quite specific dietary needs. I was therefore quite nervous at the thought of a personal trainer but Nick has really put me at ease and give me the confidence that I can achieve my goals.
