Rob is an excellent personal trainer. I have been having sessions with him for the past month. His knowledge has allowed me to incorporate different exercises into my routine aswell as complete them with correct technique and form. He also goes into the nutrition and diet side and shares tips and recipes to keep me on track. I would recommend rob as a personal trainer as he has great knowledge and knows what he is doing.

Andy has a great positive approach to his teachings and in just the 2 sessions I’ve had with him I’ve learnt a lot more about my body and it’s limits, than I’ve ever had from any other instructor.
