Andy is great, very patient and very attentive to your needs and requirements. His enthusiasm and drive to help you be where you want to be is infectious, you feel good before you\'ve even done anything. You feel even better after a work out when you know you\'ve done something towards your goal. If you struggle with anything he will come up with a solution to get you there, hand on heart you will not find anyone more dedicated to their job and that\'s what you want in a PT. He is happy doing what he does and it really rubs off on you, he makes a PT session pleasurable not a chore.
Andy has been working with me to get me back training after a rotator cuff Injury, nerve damage and a tracking issue with my kneecap.\r\nAfter years of reinjury when attempting to retrain... Andy has successfully helped me back to training and building strength week on week. Without any issues. \r\nHe listens to me if something doesn\'t feel right, he readjusts the movement for my body and we still achieve our goals. \r\nI cannot recommend him enough. Full of knowledge, full of enthusiasm and constantly re-educating me on correct movement/form.\r\n\r\nWould highly recommend!
We\'ve been with Andy now for nearly two years, I introduced my husband to him as he needed guidance of what really worked for him in the gym, after his first session, Andy said why not get your wife involved in our sessions, I was a bit sceptic as I had just been diagnosed with a prolapsed disc, after 2-3 weeks with Andy my pain and movement was loads better, Andy new exactly what needed to be done. Lockdown hasn\'t helped but he is there for you whenever you need him, keep up up the good work Andy 👍👍👍
Andy has been helping me rediscover my love for the gym and shows me how I can celebrate what my body can do, rather than using exercise as a form of punishment. My sessions are tailored to me and my needs, we focus solely on what works for me and my mental health.
