Find Out MoreI have been working with Ross for 8 weeks and so much has changed for the better. Not only have I started to feel a difference in my shape but have seen growth in my confidence. I have been able to work through some fear barriers. During my time so far with Ross we have done exercise, dynamic breathing and mindfulness which has most definitely helped with my overall mental health. I\'m now really looking forward to the next 8 weeks and seeing what else can be achieved.

Ross’ boot camps are great, good balance of pushing yourself, fun and mindfulness. He has a lovely manner and is really positive and supportive. Would definitely recommend.
