I am a fully qualified L2 Gym Instructor and L3 Personal Trainer, with my own PT business in Glasgow where I work with clients outdoors or in the gym. I specialise in the use of the Optimum Training programme (OTP) model, a versatile, client-centred training model with stabilisation endurance, strength, hypertropy and power phases. I am also a qualified Nutrition Advisor.
As well as balancing my work as a PT with a full-time job, I am also a fully certified Life Coach and Mindfulness Meditation & Breathing coach, and have also completed training in the use of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques.
My holistic and multi-tooled approach means that I am widely recognised as Glasgow’s ‘Mind & Body PT’ - specialising in supporting clients with their physical and mental health together.
Although based in Glasgow, I also run courses and do coaching online with clients in different parts of the U.K. and wider world.

I have been working with Ross for about 8 weeks. My stability and balance were poor and Ross has been helping me with exercises specifically designed to strengthen my core and improve my stability and balance. I have noticed a marked improvement in my balance - I can now stand on one leg without falling over! Ross knows his stuff and is a very pleasant person to train with.
Started with Ross as my personal trainer for just about 2 months ago really enjoy my sessions plus lose weight as well as toned up with strengh great motivation gives you confidence to achieve your goals which a am really good to get on with and patients to explain things clearer honesty would recommend Ross
I have been working with Ross for 8 weeks and so much has changed for the better. Not only have I started to feel a difference in my shape but have seen growth in my confidence. I have been able to work through some fear barriers. During my time so far with Ross we have done exercise, dynamic breathing and mindfulness which has most definitely helped with my overall mental health. I\'m now really looking forward to the next 8 weeks and seeing what else can be achieved.

Ross’ boot camps are great, good balance of pushing yourself, fun and mindfulness. He has a lovely manner and is really positive and supportive. Would definitely recommend.

Having contemplated seeking the advice, guidance and knowledge of a PT to improve general fitness with focus on strengthening core, agility and stretching coupled with nutritional guidance designed for a longer term outlook (I retire in just under a couple of years), Ross is head and shoulders above the numerous PT\'s out there. Put simply he knows his stuff, takes time to ask and listen to what you (as the client) wish to achieve then devises activity and guidance designed to get you on that journey. With a common sense approach, humour and a genuine interest in making you succeed I throughly recommend Ross as he is clearly doing what he does for ALL the right reasons !!
