With over 10 years’ experience my specialist areas are weight loss, management of health conditions through exercise and training for a single day and multi day endurance events. My passion is fitness and helping people achieve their goals which is why I have designed methods to ensure your progress is tracked and you are supported every step of the way.
Away from the gym I have competed in many endurance events. My highest place finish in a marathon is 5th out of 200 participants and in 2018 I completed 5 half Ironmans in 5 consecutive days.
