Rick is super friendly and very welcoming! The gym sessions he runs are a great way to get fit and to meet new people. Everyone is super friendly. Rick is really easy to talk to and is always really understanding even when it comes to lady problems, he is super knowledgeable and always happy to learn more and help in anyway he can if you have any health conditions. He is super encouraging which keeps you motivated 🙂 I would recommend Rick to anyone in Southampton who is looking for a fun, friendly and knowledgeable personal trainer.
Rick is great, he listens to your needs, adapts as necessary, encourages you all the way and makes sure you have fun along the journey! Whilst pregnant I continued to attend Rick's sessions and he was excellent, I've had three children and my latest was the easiest birth of them all. I really believe that was down to the continued yet monitored sessions with Rick, I am so grateful for his continued help and support. What's not to love, come and join in, see you there!
I've been training with Rick for almost 3 years. Rick has been a great supportive coach and trainer. He's kept me on track without pressure when mentally I've not been able to focus on my fitness. Classes are varied, challenging and fun. The support of the wider training group is also brilliant. Lots of ideas get shared and we motivste one another.
Rick has been my PT for the last 6-12 months, my weight always has fluctuations but Rick helps me to accommodate extra but still lose weight. This year I've transition to vegan and Rick has really helped me to find different protein sources etc etc. Highly recommended! P.S the group sessions are great .
