I’ve been training for a few years and like to use a PT to help me achieve my goals. I had a holiday planned and Jonny helped create a plan that got my beach body ready. He’s really friendly, knows his stuff and I enjoyed training with him. The app he uses means you can track your workout/progress especially on days when you’re training on your own.
Trained with Jonny approx 9. Weeks now. Reintroduction to lifting following running a marathon - very good strength & conditioning program, helped massively with form etc and injury prevention- which has allowed me to lose approx 1st of fat & significantly improve strength. Far better progress than I could of made alone! Enjoyable, friendly & informative sessions highly recommend
