Ali has a career that boasts 9 Championship titles including Triple Premiership & Double European Cups, European Challenge, AngloSaxon with Wasps & an Italian Super 10 titles with Rugby Calvisano during his 16+ years in the professional game.
Now Ali continues his career off the field as a Personal Trainer both domestically and internationally specialising in Strength & Conditioning and has been a Consultant for some of the most prestigious gym spaces in London alongside creating his own Award Winning (Men’s Health Magazine) training concepts throughout London’s premier training facilities. Ali is considered to be one of the most engaging PTs and Instructors in the world.

We train for life and longevity. My career has taken me from World Champion Athlete to Wheelchair bound and I’ve rebuilt myself to the person I am today inside-out!
