Hi I'm Sam,
I've been a personal trainer for 3 years but my passion for fitness has been much longer than that. I was always fit and active growing up but like many I struggled with my weight and nutrition. This was a problem for most of my adult life, doing yoyo diets going to extremes looking for the magic fat loss pill. At the age of 33 I decided enough was enough and finally educated myself in nutrition, correct exercise routines and making healthy structures I can maintain. Thats why i'm in my late 30's and in the best condition of my life, I want to show people that age is just a number and its never too late to make life altering changes.

Sam is a fantastic trainer, he completely changed my mindset on the whole experience of having a personal trainer. Sam really encouraged me to be the best version of myself and was always there when I needed a little pep talk.
I loved our 1-1 sessions, Sam always pushed me out of my comfort zone which also benefited me at the gym I am a member of as it boosted my confidence so much.
Weekly check-ins were great and really kept me on the right track.
