I am a personal trainer who is based in Worcestershire with clients within Worcester, Droitwich and Malvern. With my latest online services I can now train my clients virtually from all around the world. With my support, I can offer my clients full dedication to their fitness goals, one hundred percent support and guidance down to their eating habits, their independent training either at the gym or at home, as well as their one on one sessions.
When I was eight years old, my parents opened health clubs in Worcestershire called PF2 Health Clubs. Ever since then, fitness has been a huge part of my life, from my Mum convincing me to attend her Bodypump classes in my school holidays, spending five years working within my family’s business, to creating my own Fitness Training business. I have huge amounts of passion when it comes to my client’s health and wellbeing, by forming strong relationships, I work with my clients on their fitness journeys by giving them one on one support, motivation, pushing them to their limits and breaking through barriers to ensure we can create the best results from their training.

I’ve been working with Sam for over a year now he has changed my life I have 5 regular sessions with Sam a week focusing on muscle building and strength he has helped me get stronger for my Spartan races and has also helped me with my nutrition he’s a great pt with lots of knowledge and experience
I have been training with Sam for just over a year. When I started my journey I was very hit and miss with my fitness and was not committed. A year on and I have three sessions a week and my fitness has increased massively. Sam has tailored sessions to my needs and I have lost weight and toned up. The sessions are always different and varied and as I progress he pushes me harder and I get results that I never thought I would achieve. My mental health has improved greatly and training has become part of my daily life. Sam is the best and I highly recommend him.
My first experience with Sam was online during the lockdown, I loved how he included all levels of fitness and encouraged me in a really supportive way. I decided to have some sessions with him which have been challenging, fun and my fitness has improved. He varies the sessions each week so you never know what is coming next!! I never feel nervous in sessions and Sam motivates me without barking orders. Thank you Sam I love my sessions and you’ve inspired me to love exercise again!
Well what can I say!! I’ve been having PT sessions with Sam for 2years now. I informed Sam of what I wanted to achieve and I have to say he’s helped me achieve my goals. He listens to what you’re aims are and sets out the program to suit. I would without hesitation recommend Sam he’s friendly, professional and makes every session worthwhile. You definitely know that you’ve worked hard in every session and his encouragement never dwindles and he always manages to get you to give that little bit more.
Sam has been coming to put me through my paces on a weekly basis for several months, now. I love the freedom his home visit gives me, as well as the overall improved fitness levels. I am able to incorporate his weighted workout sessions with my own online workout schedule which gives me the all-around fitness I am looking for. He is of great value and a competent, informed trainer. I would highly recommend him to anyone considering a PT!
