Training for me is more than just the gym - it’s about mindset, sleep, understanding your body, nutrition and then of course what you’re doing to stay active. This is the ethos I use for myself and my clients as a Personal Trainer, which has helped to achieve sustainable results rather than quick fixes.
My sole reason for wanting to become a PT was to help other people and debunk a lot of the fitness myths out there. None of my clients will be restricted to a single cheat meal or asked to go on dangerous calorie deficits, yet they have all achieved the goals they wanted.
