My goal as a personal trainer is to take the confusion out of training and make things simple. I aim to educate people with the right tools and the correct knowledge to get RESULTS.
I’ve been involved in fitness and sport my entire life and have performed at an elite level, from being British Judo Champion in the under 75kg category and to playing semi-professional rugby for various clubs in both England and Australia.
I have in the past competed in Fitness and Physique shows, giving me a stronger understanding of the effects that exercise and nutrition can have on the body and the key roles they play in living a healthy happy lifestyle.

I selected Jordan from JAAB Fitness as my trainer as he like myself was a rugby player, I wanted to impove on my strength but for it to be sport specific to rugby to aid me in my games of a weekend.
