I believe exercise is important, not only for your physical wellbeing but also your mental wellness. With the everyday pressures of life that weigh down on you, exercise can be an escape or a form of therapy. There is nothing more satisfying than watching yourself grow both physically and mentally.
I have always loved exercise in any form and began competitive athletics from the age of nine. Throughout the years I tried many other sports, including swimming and tennis, and now enjoy strength and powerlifting training.
I love watching people fall in love with exercise and watching them flourish, becoming happy and confident. "There is no better way to fight a weakness than with strength".

I have been working with Hannah for around 8 months. She has been able to understand exactly what I wanted, some of my anxieties around going to the gym and help me towards being stronger. For me, I need someone to physically show me what I need to do and Hannah understands this and is willing to show me each detail of how to lift. Hannah is amazing at listening and understanding my needs. Hannah has advised times when the gym will be quiet so I'm not overwhelmed and created areas where I'm away from lots of people during sessions.
