Find Out MoreI have been in the fitness industry since an early age. I have worked in many gyms and leisure centres from being a fitness instructor to a club manager.
My fitness journey started when I was young. At the age 19 I entered my first ever men’s fitness competition and became multiple national champion. My dedication and discipline pushed me further. My greatest achievement was 4th place in the men's fitness category at the International Federation of Bodybuilding.
I have discovered my true passion for fitness and the idea on how to hack into your own body and mind. My primary focus was around strength training and bodybuilding at that time. Although I enjoyed my training, I knew that something was missing.
I have started to study functional movement and biomechanics. This has raised many questions such as; why do we move the way we move and can we move differently in all possible panes instead of being stuck in locked, monotonic movement? I have shifted my approach to the whole training routine to a more versatile and inclusive method. Adding yoga type classes has increased flexibility and range of motion. This has greatly helped me to achieve better results faster.
Since then, I have never stopped improving my knowledge in biomechanics and finding connections between different training methods to fulfil each other.
