My name is Sarah and I'm a passionate Coach who wants you to achieve the best version of you!
After having my two beautiful daughters, my body shape naturally changed and I spent a long time making all the mistakes such as following FAD diets, HIIT training plans and awful diet plans to no avail. So I took my interest a step further and studied to become a Personal Trainer and finally understand how to train and eat effectively for my goals.
I want to help you to not make the same mistakes I did. I want you to enjoy your journey and have a healthy relationship with food. I will help you to gain clarity with YOUR diet and teach you to lift weights to shape your body and gain confidence. Training with weights will NOT make you bulky and having a protein shake will not turn you into a Man lol! Strong is the new Skinny and learning how to eat well to train effectively will honestly make the whole journey you are on so much more exciting and enjoyable.
I work 121 with clients at my own private gym at my home which has been my dream of mine and became a reality over the last year, having previously worked in a commercial gym. I can offer you an exclusive personal training experience with gym standard equipment to help maximise your efforts. I also offer coaching online too, so I can help as many Women as possible to realise that health and fitness should be an everyday habit not a chore but by giving you the tools and knowledge you can apply them for life.
