I'm a women's specialist personal trainer and coach with over 10 years' experience in fitness and training. In my previous life, I was a management consultant before leaving to study psychology at post-gradate level alongside personal training and nutrition. I created Rise by combining all of my experience and knowledge to bring a holistic approach to women's fitness and wellbeing.

I love working with women on a one-to-one basis to help them achieve real change in their lives. Many of my clients are looking to the future and seek my support to ensure they have the right levels of strength, mobility, stability and endurance as they move through life to get the most out of it.
I offer mobile personal training where I train women in the convenience and privacy of their own homes (GU9, GU10 and GU26 postcodes). I also offer nutritional guidance and lifestyle coaching (online in or in-person for above post codes). I have a particular focus on women in their perimenopause and menopause years, but I love to train women of all ages, including those who are pre/post-natal.
